3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $50

  • Flat rates and real-time carrier rates available for other orders


4. Order Tracking

5. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International delivery times may vary depending on the country and local customs. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs or unforeseen issues once the package leaves our warehouse.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your order is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or reaching out to us for support.
