Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your T-shirts — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging should be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

To start a return, please contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


2. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem! We offer free exchanges for the same product if it’s still in stock. Just contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.


3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Customized or personalized orders


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted
